”Very clean environment Friendly staff Family friendly facilities”

”Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.”

”This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.”

”Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

”There was plenty of parking, staff was friendly and helpful, even though there were posted signs everywhere saying no smoking, vaping, or weed allowed at the hotel or within 500 feet of doors/common areas, basically every day during the one week stay the hallway outside my room and/or the area around the main entrance stank of weed, and there were constantly people smoking cigarettes right in front of the doors to enter/exit the property, literally so close that we had to ask people to move so...

”The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.”

”The rooms were moldy and everything smelled like smoke. We would’ve changed hotels, but we’ve been traveling all day and we were so exhausted. When we woke up in the morning, we left right away. We didn’t even want to chance the “breakfast“”

”It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The...
