”The hotel was great. But I couldn't get the AC to the temperature that I wanted to get it too.”

”Toilet seat was up and there was urine on the porcelain. There was mold in the shower which we did not use because we were concerned about allergies. The sheets were soft and the beds were comfortable.”

”Dan was one of the staff he is very nice he was very funny and he tried to help but the management did nothing the pool was absolutely disgusting it was filled with sand I reported it several times. the room had a odor we had to spray over and over again but overall it was okay Dan made it okay the bed slept well the pillows felt great even though my bed made noise but it still slept great if they clean the pool I will return and do better with the room smells”

”The girl at the desk was wonderful as far as she was concern however, my room was downstairs in the basement area. It felt uneasy somewhat. Breakfast time, there was an empty can of spray for the waffle machine which didnt matter since the waffle batter dispenser was empty. My room was ok and was told there would be a 100 dollar deposit which would be returned in 7 to 10 business days but after seeing i was from the next town they changed deposit to 250. I was there camping when a storm came up...

”The short Lady named Barbara was so nice& helpful. She understood her job& did it well. Even in a little difficult situation that occurred she held it very professionally. Sweet Lady& every other staff that was on duty while I was there was nice as well”

”The staff and the property were excellent. We only had just a couple of issues with our room (fridge wasn't cooling and toilet wasn't flushing properly but that was probably due to a large number of people in the hotel due to a family reunion over the weekend) but once we connected the front desk, the issues were resolved almost immediately. The bed was so comfy, and the room was modern and spacious. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends visiting Columbia, S.C.!!!...

”We stayed one night at this hotel. Room was fairly clean though there was some mold around the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and there were what sounded like little kids running around on the 4th floor that created quite a bit of noise and vibration. As anyone who has toddlers in their lives you know the excitement of a hotel stay so this wasn't a huge issue more of a reminder that if you are a light sleeper request a 4th floor room to mitigate the noise. ”The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety.
