  • Skytop Perspective -- 5th Floor 2BR LoHi Loft with Mountain View Balcony

    Step onto the private balcony on the 5th floor and you get mountain views and the LoHi neighborhood spread out below. Floor-to-ceiling windows carry those views inside. A clean, spacious loft for two to four -- no sleeper sofas, just two comfortable bedrooms.

    THE SPACE:
    King bed in the primary bedroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom. Sleeps 4 total. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. Private mountain view balcony. LEED Platinum certified building.

    DOG-FRIENDLY:
    Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

    PARKING:
    Free street parking -- typically easy to find near the building. No garage for this unit.

Enjoyed Highlands

This is a nice apartment in a great area. We enjoyed the convenience. Apartment had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Enjoyed our stay very much! Tons of space, very modern yet homey. Street parking can be difficult to find, beds were very firm, and primary shower water pressure wasn't the best... but would rebook again in a heartbeat.

The unit was nice, beds comfortable and the location can't be beat for the price. Issues that others may want to take into account include: street and hall noise, this wasn't bad but was noticeable. The primary bedroom's blinds did not go all the way down the window so there was a good amount of light let in at night. Since we were on the 5th floor there wasn't really a privacy concern. The shower water pressure and heat was less than ideal but for a 3 day trip it was fine. Again, we had a great time, the unit was clean and super convenient. When I reached out about the AC the associate helped immediately to address and resolve our concern.

Great Spot!!!

My sister and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Denver. This place is nice and spacious. Has all necessary kitchen equipment and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. If I had one suggestion I would at a couple more cups/glasses to the cupboards but these have probably slowly dwindled after other guests.

Birthday Weekend

Came down to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were able to Uber around the city. Topgolf and an Avalanche hockey game was on the agenda. Got to both locations, short rides and great times had by all. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Lacking Basics

Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.

Ok stay

The apartment was nice and location very good. I know its in the agreement but i feel that check-in at 4pm and check- out at 10am is ridiculous given that most people are traveling from out of town. We did get a 330pm check in but when i emailed for a possible late check out, the only response i received was a copy and paste of the check out time. No personal response at all. I thought that was pretty rude.

Great location, but that’s about the best thing.

The air conditioning was broke 3 nights. Unfortunately it was a heat wave in Denver. So the condo was in the 80’s. We repeatedly messaged and also called to alert the management to the problem. We were told compensation would be given, it was not. In addition, the lobby smelled horrific. Every person we encountered commented about it, including workers. The WiFi was also out for a day. Not that big of a deal but adding in no air, it wouldn’t be a place we would stay again.
