Huoneistot – Denver

”Wonderful condo in very friendly neighborhood near a awesome park that is historic n popular Niche neighborhood with numerous restaurants cafes n that homie feel. Host was kind and available as needed for questions. The condo was spotless and amazing with a porch for chilling out . I would return. This is A plus”

”The quick response from management with a check in issue helped make the rest of our stay fantastic. Great place, great space, great bathroom. ”

”The proximity to shops and excellent restaurants was a huge bonus. Didn't have to venture far to find memorable meals. The space was very well appointed and extremely clean. ”

”A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

”Corners of the bed a bit dangerous. Both of us have bruises on our legs from hitting the edge off the bed frame. ”

”We enjoyed the apartment and the location is perfect. Check in and check out were frustrating because I got communication via 3 avenues- the VRBO app, texts, AND emails. It was too much. Every time I had to find info and couldn’t remember which random platform they used, I had to search. The property itself gets a 4/5 for location, cleanliness, comfort but the shower was abysmal. A trickle of water pressure, the water never really got hot, and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The...

”The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The street parking can be a bit tricky but we always found a spot within a block or two”

”Great location - walking distance to restaurants and Union Station. The parking spot was a bonus allowing us to leave our car there and walk to places. We only needed 1 bedroom but would be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Kitchen seemed well equipped but we only used it for breakfast. Reserving was easy as Hunter responded immediately. The building and the unit is a little dated but all in all it served our needs and was very comfortable and convenient.”

”Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.”

”We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again.”
