”The location was really nice, with lots of restaurants around. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was basic with limited choices. Room was spacious, Slow drainage in the bathroom, but we were there for a day, so it was not a huge issue for us.”

”The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. They made transportation recommendations to help cut down taxi fares for our group and even took a group photo of us! They genuinely cares about our trip and asked us how we enjoyed our activity of the day :) This is rare to find nowadays!!”

”Suite was comfortable and beautiful with fire place, Bed were very comfy. Staff were very friendly. Complementary coffee bar was appreciable. Due to events booking regularly parking was difficult to find for residents.”

”Only issue was a TV & remote control that would not function. Called for service, and was asked to try some functions. They did not work, so the staff indicated he would come up to the room in the next 5 minutes to fix the problem. He never showed up.”

”Rooms were clean. No coffee making facilities on the room, though could get some from the common area downstairs, unfortunately this was lukewarm.”

”The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We did not have to opportunity to enjoy all the amenities. The only issue I found was the hotel was a little more remote and not in walking distance to restaurants.”

”We have stayed in this hotel many times for a reason. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very nice. The personnel is friendly. Parking is easy. But the ways of organizing things are just terrible. Yes, you wait in the reception longer than in other hotels but the breakfast is especially bad. Serving breakfast to the tables is a nice idea but it takes ages to get food. Tables get mixed (and there are not so many tables) and customers get wrong food. They don’t get the coffee or juice...
