This was definitely a "mixed bag" experience. Highlights were the pool, and I have to say the public bathroom (if you travel with family the room's bathroom is often occupied) was the cleanest I have ever seen.
Bed linens were passable and no more, with a bit of hair and the odd stain on the duvet.
Looks like they put soundproofing between the floors, so we heard nothing above, but you could definitely hear muffled conversations next door. Wasn't enough to bother me but be warned if you are a light sleeper. Second night our fridge made an annoying grinding noise, had to unplug which caused more probs because there was a ton of frost that turned to water...
Neighborhood is quiet, by an industrial park, so no nose from there at night.
The worst thing about the Glo was the breakfast buffet. I recently took a long road trip and stayed in as bunch of hotels with breakfast included and have to say this was worse than all of them. Bizarre choices like chicken cutlets and baked beans. Watered down waffle batter. They had to peameal bacon last day but ruined it by cooking it to leather. Baked goods and fruit were sparse also.
Good value if food isn't important and you're a good sleeper otherwise I'd avoid this Glo.
