”Staff very friendly ”

”The listing says free parking on site. In fact the property is down a pedestrian alley with no vehicle access - that said there is ample free off-road parking close by. Given it's location it's very difficult to find, the view of the property on the listing is only visible once you're inside their yard behind a locked gate - I drove up & down several times looking for the property. Once I spoke to the property it was easy enough to find, but you do need directions! All that said the bed was...

”Travelled with my daughter and her two boys love this hotel been back twice now loved the gym the pool the sauna coming back in march the food was expensive though and we ate out lovely beautifull hotel would highly recomend well done Delta Hotel”

”Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable clean and well serviced. Other facilities were good (although vegetarian food was sorely lacking). Parking was easy. Would definitely use again. ”

”Tuesday night is curry night”

”This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle.”

”A lovely hotel and nice staff. Good location, not precisely in the heart of the city but very close. The general feeling was relaxed. The room was great and we only had positive things to say about the room and the tidiness of the hotel in general, but I must say that the breakfast could've been slightly better. That's the only thing that prevented me from giving a 5-star rating. Looking forward to my next visit anyway (hopefully with even better breakfast).”

”This Hotel was booked for an overnight stay after the Peter Kay show which I bought for a Xmas present for my Wife, and I paid for the upgrade room which I was not sure about at all BUT we were really pleased with what we experienced. The show was amazing and there were NO problems from start, stay and finish. We would gladly stay there again.”

”We stayed for one week due to a conference trip. - The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now - The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows. - The sheets had stains - Not noise proof room as advertised in the room description!...
