”A very nuce hotel which is far enough from the casino, a few minutes away. Comfortable room with good bed and pillows. Huge, well lit, parking lot and plenty of security on site. Will surely stay again.”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”I cleaned some drawers upon arrival. They were visibly dirty. Hard surface floors were not particularly clean Bathroom was spotless though the lighting was dim. Three days of our stay, the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub were full of palm tree seeds and bugs all the time. Impossible for staff to keep up with skimming, but looks like they only tried once a day. Halls and room often smelled mildewed. Wall a/c was quite loud. Beds, and pillows were very comfy. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. ”The breakfast was very good. Being a healthy eater I was very surprised at the variety of food available. Staff were excellent very helpful. Clean rooms and serviced every 2 days. This venue has a fridge, cooker and microwave. Very useful, especially stocking up on water. Will most definitely be returning.”

”Very nicely updated Spanish style hotel next to the airport that was surprisingly quiet. My only gripe would be the very small bathroom that made it hard to turn around. All staff that I encountered were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.”
