”The front desk staff was very friendly. But in the middle of shower I found it ran out shampoo and conditioner”

”Enjoyed the breakfast most of all. For me, it's my favorite meal of the day. And the room was immacutely clean.”

”Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious n clean. Casino was very clean and good selection of games. Only draw back was parking. We pulled into the valet area and waited. No one ever came to take our vehicle. We learned from hotel staff that there was no valet service that day. A sign advising that, would have been nice. The reason this was important is because I'm disabled and we always use the valet service. All in all a wonderful place.”

”so clean and good we loved it”

”Best place we stayed ever. Clean, comfortable, and amazing staff. The sitting area in the room was great. Breakfast was just enough to start the day. Our 3 day getaway was awesome both in visiting family and the comfort of your facility. Thank you! We'll be back!”

”Habitación cómoda y el desayuno de primera”

”Breakfast was so good and convenient. Coffee is great. Really enjoyed our stay”

”This hotel was very charming. We loved the building itself with it's high beams and brickwork. The rooms are all set around atriums with a courtyard in the middle. Brickwork continues throughout the hotel with twinkling lights greeting you along the hallways. We even had a little enclosed patio off of our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fine, the usual fair you would expect with a "breakfast included" establishment....

”Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

”Nice hotel, nice staff, but housekeeping was poor.”

”The manager was above and beyond nice and accommodating! We were there for our son’s waterpolo tournament and all of the team was staying there and he was so encouraging and excited for the boys! He even bought them donuts when they beat ASU! I highly recommend this place. It was wonderful.”
