”I booked a pet-friendly room because I was traveling with my dog, and I honestly expected it to be much cleaner. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong odor of dog urine, and the carpet looked dirty and felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I understand that pet-friendly rooms will naturally experience more wear and tear, and I know some pet owners don't clean up after their animals. However, there is a pet fee, so I expected the room to be cleaned and sanitized...

I was blown away by the staff (everyone at the front desk were so helpful!!) the amenities (though I didn't use the casino), the cleanliness of my room, really everything! I was going to Beak & Skiffs venue for a concert. A little far away for that venue but some guests helped me with directions. I will definitely return!!”

”So glad we found the Nightshade Inn and Gardens. We just needed a place to stay for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks in our room, fresh fruit, and pastries for breakfast. Morning coffee was very good.”

”I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch but my room only had a king size bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable mattress and it still had the plastic on it was every time we moved it would make so much noise.”
