”I had a very good stay at this hotel overall and would return. The staff was one of the biggest highlights — every person I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Check-in was quick, and I always felt like my questions or requests were handled with care and professionalism.

”Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. ”

I went with young children and the area isn’t great (not the motels fault). A lot of outside noise, outside the rooms reeked of smoke. The rooms themselves were just fine. ”I stayed at Collegian this year, September 5-7, for an SU COL class reunion and I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again next trip to Syracuse. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to campus and the stadium. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. No complaints. ”
