”It was a clean hotel and a good bet if you are looking for an economical, no frills hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pitiful though.”

Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!”

”We have a double queen bed room. The bed wasn’t completely cleaned. There were some sand on the bed. I also tried to use their computer but there is no connection to the internet so completely useless.”

”I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel or motel. Trash was all over the place. People were living in one section. There appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. The clerk told us that they keep tourists away from the "other" people and didn't deny that there was drug activity going on. We did not feel safe enough to stay there and went someplace else that night.”

”The girl who checked us in was not friendly or informative. We had no idea where our room was or where to park. No information about amenities or a pool. Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. ”Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

”We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. I guess for young ones the music in car noise is acceptable. It’s why they are staying at the Armory area. Room- excellent and...

”Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area.
