”The hosts were very accommodating to our late arrival. They also provided an excellent breakfast in our room the next morning - my wife had a delicious omelette and I had the “Dutch Baby”, so good! We stayed in the Library Room, very comfy and cosy. Close to Victoria Airport. I highly recommend a night or romantic weekend here. ”

”Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next. ”

”Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

It is the 1st time in our lives, that we have ever had a call from the front desk shortly after checking in, to ask us if we were happy with the room and if there was anything that we needed. Very classy! We won't hesitate to stay there again and will be recommending it to family and friends. ”

”This is a hidden gem. The outside is deceptive, not having great curb appeal, but the rooms are modern and spotless with comfortable beds, good quality sheets, and large tvs. The staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is adequate, and amenities include a pool table, e-bikes and kayaks. Location is good and price can't be beat!”

”Our room was a very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The tub was jetted and the shower was amazing!! Heritage house room 5 had a sweet balcony too which was a nice enjoyable addition. The extra free treats provided were an added bonus for our stay: flight of spinnakers beer, delectable chocolates and discount coupon for breakfast. The brewers breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for a relaxing weekend getaway. ”

”Unbelievably good - staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the room was spotless, the decor was lovely, the food was so good at both Janevca and the next morning breakfast buffet, and the little touches were SO awesome (coffee service, mini desserts, hand-written card, turn down service, etc.)!!”
