”The hosts were very accommodating to our late arrival. They also provided an excellent breakfast in our room the next morning - my wife had a delicious omelette and I had the “Dutch Baby”, so good! We stayed in the Library Room, very comfy and cosy. Close to Victoria Airport. I highly recommend a night or romantic weekend here. ”

”Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next. ”

”Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

It is the 1st time in our lives, that we have ever had a call from the front desk shortly after checking in, to ask us if we were happy with the room and if there was anything that we needed. Very classy! We won't hesitate to stay there again and will be recommending it to family and friends. ”

”Friendly staff, clean room. Comfortable bed. Everything in the room was as expected. Fast check-in, fast checkout. The air conditioner, or heater, or whatever HVAC device is installed in the room noisy enough to wake you up at night.”

”This is a hidden gem. The outside is deceptive, not having great curb appeal, but the rooms are modern and spotless with comfortable beds, good quality sheets, and large tvs. The staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is adequate, and amenities include a pool table, e-bikes and kayaks. Location is good and price can't be beat!”

”We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! ”

”Very clean, nicely furnished, great staff, and some of these best amenities anywhere. TV with all the subscriptions. Cozy old-school pub in the basement with great beef burgers at bizarrely reasonable prices. Also attached hip diner but unfortunately don't open till 8am. Best yet: affordable pricing! Only downside: not a walkable destination.”
