”The Penrose B&B was a perfect, quiet, warm and inviting place to stay away from the busy commercial hotel/motel center of Sedona. Located in a neighborhood not far from the Bell rock trailhead, it was wonderful to come “home” to this place after an all-day hike! Not to mention the complimentary “snacks and beverages” and gourmet breakfast every morning. If you’re looking for a quaint B&B in the traditional sense of “warm hospitality”, this is it! I stayed in the Kokopelli room. ”

”Our one night stay at the Inn on Thunder Mountain was very pleasant. Our suite was comfortable with all the amenities. Nice touches... fresh bread baking in our kitchen, cookies in the lobby and a stocked fridge and snack tray. Breakfast was delicious and should have opted to dine out on our suite patio instead of the dining room. Highly recommend a short or long stay in the area. ”

”While the home itself is still very 90’s, the service, food and peacefulness greatly overshadows that - along with the fabulous views to the rocks!”

”Didn’t realize we did not have a private bathroom. Overall the hosts were awesome once we got past the shock of where it was located and lack of having our own bathroom.”

”Peaceful location. Attentive host. Able to work remotely with video calls. Private deck that was somewhat in the open but I was undisturbed while working. Shared bathroom was fine no issues. Hot tub on site. Parking was around the front but we could unload near room. Driving to Sedona was fine, about 20-25 minutes. Nice stay overall.”

”Leon and Dawn, we had a very enjoyable stay these last two nights. The alpacas were a hit with my wife, and Annie your kitty took a shine to me! We enjoyed the laid back time we had in the Cornville/Cottonwood area. A special treat was Friday evening - Leon's and Black's concert and recording. You guys were fantastic -- I was very impressed. Of course all of your friends were extremely friendly and very inviting to us. Hope you win in Nashville!!”

”Still finishing a reno, but the guest rooms and kitchen are done and beautiful. Shannon was very helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, some organic. Great lookout on upper deck of the red rock mountains. Even the cot was comfortable. ”

”Beautiful room jacuzzi tub fits two adults. Very clean quiet kitchenette was fantastic making meals to take hiking. ”

”The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The sides of the pool and hot tubs had a lot scum stuck to the walls and there was gross yellow foamy bubbles. The room itself was nice but the pillows and bed were absolutely horrible. The floor of the room was really dirty and turned my grey socks black. The floors need to be cleaned. ”
