”My family was there for a reunion and none of us got house keeping do to short staffing so I don't blame the staff but the company also I woke up to a huge roach in my bathroom the day of check out so that completely upset me the room was clean for the most part but that set me off at 4:30 in the morning”

”We checked into the hotel and our first room has stained bedding, no toilet paper, and a toilet that ran every 2 minutes. Our second room had similar issues with the toilet but wasn't as loud. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned as indicated by the contact lens on the floor (neither me nor my husband have contacts). We didn't bother to switch rooms again because we had a busy day and couldn't spend time switching rooms. Terrible experience with the stay.”
