”2 bedroom was great”

”Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

”The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

”I enjoyed my stay. It was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and polite. They assisted my mother and I with everything we needed.”

”I had booked a junior suite for three people. It had a king bed and a double size let out couch. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the let out bed. When I called down to the desk to ask for some they said housekeeping was gone and they did not have access to them so we were unable to use the pull out bed which is the main reason we booked that room because we had 3 people. You would think they would be left in there when the room was last cleaned, you should not even have to ask....

”Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal.”

”The non smoking room smelled so much cigarettes that my eyes burned and I had trouble sleeping through the night. Most of the room was clean except the bathroom toilet has cigarette ashes on the toilet lid. Residents were standing all out on the balcony. Was not the best experience. The check in out process was good and the hotel is located near nice eateries.”

”First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it”

”Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful and they even gave us some ideas of sights to see while we were there. We even enjoyed the nice park located right behind the hotel. It was really beautiful !”

”Only problem we had was we were kept up all night by a weird off and on noise that sounded like an enormous leaf blower. The next morning we found out from staff that our room was close to the laundry shoot. We would have requested to be moved if we had figured out where the strange noise was even coming from. They should not book those rooms without warning the letting people know about the noise issue. On the good side, Mark lost his gold signet ring in the casino that he had worn for 45...
