”I first used the hotel in 2009 and was very happy with it, so it was easy to go back this second time. Ganesh Himal's staff is very helpful and always smiling. The room was cleaned daily and I like the fact that it is not in central Thamel with all the hawkers. So I would recommend using the hotel.”

”The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The room quality is not great, however good and in line with local standard. Quality/price is good. Position is ideal for going out and exploring. The windows are old some cannot be closed and the noise is quite some in the nighttime. Pigeons are also nesting outside the window, they should be eradicated with proper protection (ie spears for them not to sit)”

”Everything here was exceptional..the staff were so friendly and helpfull especially Sabrina on day reception ..may have here name misspelt..sorry..lovely swimming pool ..only thing I was a bit shocked about was the price of alocolic beverages....I think I paid 7500 nrps for a bottle of wine that I could have purchased in a sop for 2000 nrps and a large beer was 1300 rps my fault I suppose for needing a drink lol”

”We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. We were lucky to catch a perfect sunrise and stunning mountain views from our patio. It was absolutely beautiful. We arrived at Mystic Mountain by bike and unexpectedly ran out...
