”The living environment is terrible. The old air conditioner hangs inside the room, which is very noisy. When I sacrificed the air conditioner, I could actually hear the birds singing outside the window at 3 am. The staff tried to open my room to clean at 9 am and I was not check out yet. Didn't they communicate which room was checked out and could it be cleaned first? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in recent years.btw, all staff was good service.”
