Wonderful property! Everything was clean, fresh and welcoming. Fully functional kitchen and dining areas with ample space. The primary bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom and shower very nice. The property is beautiful and private. We did not use the pool, but it was very nice. ...

Overall, my stay wasn’t bad. The cleanliness of the bedding and provided towels could’ve been better, a few stains and stray hairs, but did not see any bugs or anything. Bathroom door had one broken hinge. Staff was very nice and the area was actually pretty quiet.

The place was absolutely amazing and the host as well. We parked three trucks with boats. The only thing is the road in is a little rough considering your pulling a 75000 dollar boat over it for three miles. We would absolutely stay again and are planning on it next March

This was a great space for us to stay at! We attended a wedding reception right down the road at Ivey Acres. This cottage is about 15 minutes away from Marshall and 25 minutes away from Jefferson.
