”It was exactly as described and perfect for our beach vacation needs. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. The studio was clean and quiet and a great respite after long days exploring Galveston. ”

”I really liked this place. The only negative was that you could not be bare footed in the unit unless you wanted a black bottom on your feet. Just walking from the bathroom to the bedroom, I got something on the bottom of my feet that left them black. I could not see anything on the floor, but the result was black feet. It is sad, as I would gladly stay again as a solo traveler, but my wife absolutely will not stay there. It is the unknown that gets her. I'd just wear house shoes.”

”There were a few things that needed to be checked prior to renting to a new tenant. The coffee maker was dirty, two dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, a couple nails sticking up from the hardwood floors, towel rack was broke when we arrived. Semi low level apartments with not alot of decor. There was fairly good communication with the rental company. ”

”The host was responsive. Upon arrival, there was trash under the couch and bed. Dust and dirt on the floors as well by the living room closet. The walls are thin so next door Vrbo tenants can be heard clearly. The complex has lots of children who play all day so there is lots of shouting. Wouldn’t recommend for long term stay if you want to relax/rest. Air conditioner is very loud in living room closet. ”
