”Reception was good ”

”I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. ”

”Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got...

”There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe.”

”Stayed 2 nights. Wasn't expecting a full kitchen! Perfect for me since I am a health nut and brought all my own food. Upgraded to a double bed room. So pleasantly surprised for what I paid. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Fargo.”

”Just not a good stay, things just went wrong”

”The staff was amazing, but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say. When pulling up to the hotel it just looks dingy and uninviting. The pullout beds had old, stained mattresses and someone else’s old oreos in between the platform and the mattress. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the towels were stained. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. When choosing this hotel, the pictures of the hotel were deceiving and based on the reviews I read, and the photos, I expected more...

”In general this was a nice hotel with good beds; breakfast buffet was good. we were just very frustrated with out key cards for room access. Took us about 5 minutes to get ours to work; and our daughter's at least 10-15 min each time they tried to enter the room. For her, we were given new cards each time, but still no big improvement. it seemed like the batteries maybe didn't work well anymore, but the staff just didn't seem anxious to fix our problem. And no, the cards were not near a cell...
