”We had a great stay at Watson’s Regency Suites. The location was perfect — close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a family weekend. The suite was spacious, clean, and very convenient for traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and parking being included was definitely a plus in Ocean City. ”Hotel is in a great location! Rooms are quite large and the little kitchens are nicely outfitted! Ours had a keurig coffee machine! Only complaint was the fire alarm going off, because some guest burnt something in their microwave. We were all forced to evacuate into cold and raining weather. We were traveling with 2 babies - not ideal to have to rush outside. And the woman behind the counter at the time was extremely disrepectful and nasty! The other desk staff were fine.”

”My 2 day stay was good. Everything was close by. But the bed was very uncomfortable, the fridge smell liked fish. They did come clean it but the scent came back. The pillows were terrible but they did give us 2 new better fluffier ones. Other than that it was good.”

Here are a list of my complaints: 1) they could not provide a key card for my door, so the man at the front desk had to let us into the room every time we needed access to our hotel room. 2) next, I got a bruise on my hip within the first 10 seconds of entering my room because the doors to the hotel rooms have such a quick rebound on the self closure. ”Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel.”
