”LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun.”

”Rooms were very cute. But small. A queen size bed and a double were to much We couldn't run the air conditioner at night because the girl in the bed by it almost froze to death”

”I love this place! It was clean and the separate bedroom was very convenient. It had everything we needed. Couldn’t get much closer to the beach and boardwalk. There is a loud roller Coaster next door, but the rooms were pretty quiet, the back bedroom especially. My one year old grandson loved running back and forth on the balcony and watching the rollercoaster. Be alert that the beach is extra narrow at that point. We went early to grab our spot. Everyone is packed in. But we had a great time!”

”Our room had a pull out couch for us to use for 2 of our guests. The first night we went to use it and opened it up to smell a horrific smell of urine that filled the entire room. The staff was helpful in getting us a roll away bed for that night but only had one and the other guest had to sleep on an air mattress. They kept saying they will take care of us but never heard from management. It was gross today the least. Outside lights are super dim so it is very dark when you are walking to your...

”Extremely pleasant and relaxed feeling staying in a Bed & Breakfast that has so much history, (from 1799). We found ourselves imagining what it was like living in that era. and appreciated the architecture and interior decorating style. We loved the “Honor System” and felt safe staying there. Snacks were available in the kitchen area at all times and contributed to the warm and cozy vibe. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was awesome. We loved the Overnight Blueberry French...
