”My daughter and I stayed here and had an amazing time! The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was so much fun. Would recommend to the hotel get more long chairs! It was hard finding two chairs to sit at, at the same time. They have Starbucks, a small restraint, and bar. A bus service that picks you up for the Disney parks. All in all, we will be back to this hotel real soon! ”

”Plussaa kuljetukset Disney-puistoihin ja viereinen huvipuisto. Sijainti ruuhkattomampi kuin Orlandon keskusta. Vastaanotossa joutui jonottamaan. Huoneisto toimiva mutta remonttikin olisi jo tarpeen. Maksullisen aamiaisen testasin kerran, muuten käytin huoneiston jääkaappia, mikroa ym. Ruokakauppa kävelymatkan päässä.”

”Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Sijainti kätevä sekä autoilevalle, että käveyille. Old Town ison tien toisella puolella, pääsee näppärästi kävellen. Henkilökunta ei ollut erityisen ystävällistä. Aamulla saa respasta kahvia, kunhan ehtii ennenkuin se loppuu. Oltiin viikko ja huone siivottiin ainoastaan lähtöä edeltävänä päivänä. Tätä ei kerrottu missään vaiheessa. Saattaa olla, että pyytämällä olisi siivottu... ”

”The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...

”You get what you pay for. Don't go there if you're expecting a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were large and clean. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you need anything, just ask. Breakfast is good enough and there's enough for everyone. WiFi in the room did the job. And yes, the hotel needs some tlc, but you can't beat the price and the location. It's close to all the parks. Lots of dinner options and shops in the neighborhood. Would stay again!”

Worst service ever
"Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to be make customers feel bad. I never speak to anyone without a smile but really these people were just so unfriendly. One exception: house cleaning and bar staff were excellent and professional. "
