”It was a nice hotel, the WiFi was terrible when trying to watch Netflix or YouTube though on their TV. The housekeeping was great. I do wish there was free breakfast in the mornings. The cafe they have in the lounge, was expensive but what you expect for Disney properties lol”

”The room at this hotel was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable, and had 3 pillows per queen bed. We loved that the flooring was laminate instead of carpeting. The room appears to have been recently renovated. Parking was free and we had no problem finding a space. The area is very safe and we never worried about parking the car in the lot. The hotel is very close to Disney attractions, a definite plus. We had 2 breakfasts which is included in the very reasonable cost of the room. We...

”The living areas were clean, comfortable and just nice. Had an issue with AC but that was handled promptly. Staff very courteous and efficent.Pool area clean and accommodating. You could walk to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area..”

”There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like?...

”For the price I paid I was surprised with the service I got. Super reasonably priced, right on irlo which was the perfect drive to all the Disney parks. The room was classic, they were in the middle of renovations so some drilling above us in the am but we were awake anyway so it wasn’t a bother (and we were warned). The rooms were clean just a little outdated and having the pool to turn to (with provided towels) was a huge plus! The front desk was super nice and accommodating when I needed more...
