”Clean room absolutely loved it”

”The food is not good and it is terrible overpriced, they add gratuity to everything, the wait staff isnt friendly except for Lot Lot. The bartenders are like robots, dont interact dont smile, like if they were doing you a favor making a drink. The money is guaranteed so why give good service. I think that the service industry is worse when tips are added to the check instead of giving what the service deserves. I used tonlove this hotel. After the last time, I am never going back.”

”The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

”It was incredibly expensive to be so far from everything and it felt old and run down. Definitely would not stay here again without some upgrades to the property for the price.”

”The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!”

”I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. ”The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. We had to get three different sets of keys to get in the door. And we had to move rooms. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working. They did have a note in the elevator stating this. I’d have to say the two worst ratings were cleanliness of the common areas and maintenance. Spend some money on maintenance and...
