”We had one of the few sitting balconies and the ocean and pool views were beautiful! I sat out there every morning and enjoyed my coffee. They have Keurig coffee makers in the room which was a pleasant surprise. The beds are a little firmer than I normally like but I slept ok. The bathroom is very nice. The resort has a pool and a hot tub which was filled with kids so I never had the opportunity to use the hot tub. All the lounges by the pool start filling up by 9am so we didn't get those...

”The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.”

”The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

”It was incredibly expensive to be so far from everything and it felt old and run down. Definitely would not stay here again without some upgrades to the property for the price.”

”The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!”

This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working.
