”Clean room absolutely loved it”

”The food is not good and it is terrible overpriced, they add gratuity to everything, the wait staff isnt friendly except for Lot Lot. The bartenders are like robots, dont interact dont smile, like if they were doing you a favor making a drink. The money is guaranteed so why give good service. I think that the service industry is worse when tips are added to the check instead of giving what the service deserves. I used tonlove this hotel. After the last time, I am never going back.”

”Fantastic place for all ages. Beautiful pool, clear and clean beach, restaurant and night entertainment. close to nice restaurants and the beautiful peanut island.”

”The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

”Stayed over the holidays with my husband and little boy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room they gave us was on the first floor so everything was very easily accessible. The room itself was clean, spotless even, and all the facilities worked. The pool area was nice, even though it was fairly small. We had it to ourselves most of the time, though. Hint: take your own towels to the poolside, the ones they hand out are the size of stamps! ;) The kitchen inside the room was well...

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”
