She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. ”We stayed five nights at the family-run Taj Pyramids View Inn. It's simple, but the service is incredibly warm and friendly. Every request was fulfilled immediately and without any fuss. We booked two tours through the hotel, which went absolutely smoothly. Even special requests, like simply needing a driver to go somewhere and then being picked up, were organized at short notice and were simply fantastic. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing, and breakfast is freshly prepared every day...
