”This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. One negative that we experienced was when we arrived we waited for a while before anyone came and when they did they simply gave us our key, told us our room and that was it. No warmth, not very friendly and was a bit of a shame. Left us both thinking it was a bit off. Other than that, the hotel was lovely. ”
