”Everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was great. But I cannot say anything better about that staff. They were absolutely lovely.”

”Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. ”

”Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. ”

”Swimming pool and spa very relaxing. Garden restaurant pleasant, food average. Breakfast wasn’t explained so we didn’t realise you could order eggs. Bacon was rubbery. Melon all gone by 9am. Pastries could have been fresher. Good tea tray in room. Room was larger than expected. ”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”
