I was on the 3rd floor and the mountain view was gorgeous and it was nice to have so many restaurant options on site. The burger and fries and the prema lounge (entrance to the casino del sol hotel) was delish. Highly recommend ”

”Outdoor pool area was great/clean. Fire pits were an excellent touch. My only knocks would be that they don’t let you bring drinks from the hotel bar to the casino even though the two are roughly 100’ apart and the casino is smokey. I didn’t think the hotel was, but the casino has a stale smoke smell and there’s always a cloud in the air. And the gal guarding against drinks going from one area to the other mights as well have been guarding the Berlin Wall—her customer service was terrible.”

”Staff we interacted with at check in and breakfast were friendly. The room was a generous size but furniture was tired. Something was wrong with the shower faucet and could only be turned to scorching hot or ice cold. Breakfast was fine with basic cold amenities. It met our needs but I would try somewhere else if I returned to this area.”

”Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. ”

Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!”
