”Lovely as always. My favorite place to stay when I visit Lady Lake. My family stays there as well. It’s about 10 minutes from everything the Villages has to offer. The staff is always kind and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable ”

”Only negative was the fitness facility. Some of the equipment was as not functional, there were no free weights and it wasn’t very clean ”

”Was a pleasure stay at this hotel, nice, clean, polite staff, recommended.”

”PK helped me check in, he was very helpful. The next day I needed to speak with someone in the office (noon) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My concern was taken care of at that time. There were a couple times that I felt uncomfortable (I was traveling alone).”

”The shower did not fully let out a stream of water, the facuet waa running water at the same time. The door waa extremely hard to keep open”

”Room was adequate but some of the common areas could have been cleaner. The breakfast was typical, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and frozen breakfast burritos. That said, I would go there again because the price was right.”

”Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, free breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend.”

”Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay at SureStay very much. Our room was very roomy and nice. For the size of the motel they sure need a larger breakfast area though. We would stay there again.”

”Not worth the money”

”The entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was not clean, only had two chairs to sit on. Rooms were too small, beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled musty, air quality was poor. Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting in rooms. I gave this hotel a 2/10 and I was being generous. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay at the Hampton next door. ”

”We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. There were droppings in the closet that looked like mouse poop. The bathroom was not clean and the light fixture had never been cleaned. The towels felt like sad paper on your skin. This isn't a huge deal but the TV was completely fuzzy and you couldn't read the guide because it was so distorted. We were told there was towels...

”Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed.”
