”It had adequate parking and plenty of towels. Wish we had noticed a beach chair in one of the closets. Check in and out was super easy. I thought it'd be a little closer to all the shops and restaurants but oh well. It had a window unit AC in the living room only so the bedroom could get a little stuffy. Also, if you left any dirty dishes in the sink for even a day, you'd get what looked like baby roaches in the sink and on the counter. They weren't very frequent.”

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces.
