”Lovely property that worked well for 12 adults. Some bedrooms were a bit small. The big tables so we could all sit together, inside or out, were more important then I realised. Timo was friendly and happy to help.”

”This was perfect for our mixed age family. A short walk to the stony beach and near SeaLife Centre and Lodmore Country park. The garden was beautiful and all 11 of us could sit around the large table or relax in the other seating. We were very lucky to have the most amazing weather and apart from sleeping and cooking spent all our time in the garden. If it had been wet, the communal areas might have been a little cramped but we would not hesitate to return”

”Thank you Becky and Paul for such great communication and a lovely welcome to your super annex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area and the situation of Hill Lodge is perfect for exploring it.We were very comfortable and the 3 bathrooms make it very convenient for larger parties or mixed ages.”

”A wonderful property with incredible sea views. Property thoughtfully well stocked, very clean and perfect for a break away. Conveniently situated for Weymouth and beyond! Additionally great taxi service options if not taking car into town. Great communication and support from owners as required. Would recommend.”

”Lovely cottage in a stunning location. Beautiful views & close access to several footpaths.”

”Ideal property size for large family gathering- spacious grounds and close proximity to beaches”

”Absolutely wonderful house with everything you could ask for or need. Christina was available for any queries before and during the stay and I would highly recommend it for a stay in the area.”

”Great place quiet and a nice layout”

”The property is fabulous with a lovely garden. We found it easily, with lots of parking spaces. The property is clean, airy and light. It has a perfect location with just a 20 minute walk to the sea. We had an excellent stay.”

”We had a great stay ...house was lovely, well equipped & communication was very good with owner.”

”There is not the correct word for describing this property, as amazing doesn’t seem to do it justice. The house is absolutely beautiful both inside and out, with ample space for our group (three separate families) to spread out or come together. The outside space is wonderful- the heated pool is a great size for large groups and being heated, it doesn’t matter if there is a cooler breeze. There is outside seating both in the sun and in the shade around the pool, so everyone can relax where they...

”Cormorant View is a lovely house to stay in, it was clean and tidy, although some of the picture frames were in need of dusting. The views from the windows in the lounge and main bedroom are spectacular and it iwas a pleasure to wake up and see birds opposite. We had 7 people staying and while there were enough items in the kitchen, there were only 8 tea/coffee cups and 8 forks, some additional forks and mugs would have been useful. We also had an issue using the oven, as we could only get the...

”Absolutely fantastic property, clean, well presented and the location was brilliant. The check in was very easy, I was met by the lovely ladies who are part of the team and they were so helpful and accommodating, I can’t recommend them highly enough, 10/10I will 100 percent use them again and also would rent the 3 Yard again, my experience was stress free and I was extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. Many thanksGary”

”We had a 2 night stay to visit Monkey World and Poole so the house was in a great location. There were shops nearby and a great local pub for a meal on our arrival eveningThe house was well equipped and we liked the layout. The beds were comfortable so we slept well”

”Spent 3 nights in Batty’s barn for a wedding where our family stayed in all 3 properties on the farm. The farm is beautiful with loads of colours from the wild flowers. The welcome basket with bread, butter, jam etc was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Ed was super helpful so much so member of the wedding party broke down in the day of the wedding and he helped bringing the family member to the wedding venue being a true life saver! Beds were lovely and comfy and the house was lovely...

”Madeline and Mark were lovely, very good hosts and super friendly. We loved our stay, thank you for everything :D”

”Very well furnished and laid out property. Definitely will appeal to someone to get away from it all even a strong phone signal and the gps can't even find the street! But peace and quiet with the lovely aroma of the gardens with fresh cut flowers in every room made it all worth the drive. The only noise you will hear are the sheep and cows in the fields and the very rare passing of a tractor or one of the neighbors in their car. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio and enjoying our...
