”Standard King suite was nice and cozy. If you like soft beds, bed was perfect. If you're like my wife and don't, you're just crazy. Check-in was seamless, and breakfast buffet was nice (except for the scrambled (powdered) eggs). The area in general is pricey to stay in, but this place is good value for the money.”

”Plus: Front-desk staff was very helpful for a phone call prior to arrival, check in, etc. Breakfast amenities, waffles, coffee and area were nice. Our room was clean (most important) & quiet; wasn't picking up outside noise even facing Highway 78 and with a pool just below our window with activity past 10 pm. Minus: Only minor things. Dark-out shades would be helpful. Room A/C did not seem to cool the room very well. Parking was a bit scarce but manageable. We would recommend and stay here...

”We spent two days here for a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Everything was great! I had a scare because I left my wedding rings in the room but they ended up finding them and helping me arrange for delivery since we had already left the state. Thank you!!!!”

”As we enter the hotel lobby and checked in at our hotel. The hotel attendant at the counter saw a “Happy birthday” head band on my daughter and gave both my daughters a Lego figure so they could trade in the next day at Legoland. Thank you!”

”The room was very clean and bright and sunny but the staff was basically non-existent. Had to wait a long time for someone to show up to check in. The only way we saw a staff was to call and say we were heading to the lobby. No staff at check out. We did not use the pool or hot tub as it was always too crowded. Room was noisy too. Sounded like the upstairs room was moving furniture.”
