”Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky.
In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when...
