”We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared.”

”Enjoyed walking around some hills and by the river. Visited the Castle. The breakfast was very good. I was able to park my car every evening.”

”Loved the place, old building in a beautiful old town. It is what it is, if you want the Ritz then this isn't the place for you, but then there isn't a Ritz in Richmond. But it was fine for my wife and I, and I will definitely use again. Full English breakfast was great, along with cereal and toast and tea or coffee. Lovely”
