”During our first night we couldn’t get normal television going in order to watch the playoff hockey game. Staff wasn’t able to help. When we got back on our second night there was no parking when we returned to the hotel at 11pm, and staff had us park in a no parking zone as the only alternative for the night. Fortunate our new car wasn’t hit and we didn’t have a ticket…”

”Very clean property and greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was only there for 3 nights but it was well worth the booking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was also efficient and timely on arriving to and from the airport and hotel. They even give a mini welcome bag which includes little snacks. Definitely don’t hesitate on booking this hotel. The only con is that it’s quite some time(1 hour and 30 minutes) to downtown Toronto on a good day.”

”Everything is fine. Only one restaurant outside the casino. You need to get into the casino to grab food. Parking is perfect if avoid crowed floor. Expecting entertainment shows every weekend. Only negative is when booked thru Expedia, although I entered all three members, they booked room as a single guest and the casino tried to charge me for extra family members. Which is bad even eventually they did not charge me. Finally chose between having fun or win some money in casino. If you are there...
