”Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. ”

”The only thing wrong was the mattress on the pull out. It was very old thin and uncomfortable. The king bed and staff were awesome. Free parking was nice too!”

”Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.”

”Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must...

”Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr großes sauberes Zimmer, gutes Bett,freundliches Personal. In den Restaurants konnte man sehr gut essen. Und das Casino war einfach riesig. Würde es immer wieder buchen.”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”Dirty and broken sink, closet door broken , sliding balcony door not locking street noise coming in over all very poor and they charged for parking over $15 a day which was not mentioned on line l will never stay there again ”
