”we were surprised to see that for a Crown Plaza and at the nightly room cost that our bathroom and room itself where not fully cleaned. We found a used towel still on the back of the bathroom door. Opened and used (complimentary) shampoo, conditioner and hand cream bottles. Room keys from a previous occupant. It wasn't grossly bad but it was not to the standard I'd expect of a crown plaza. that being said the overall property looked clean and the staff where nice and helpful, they did...

The property itself was very clean and the room was clean. The bed mattress is terrible.”

”There's no AC in the room or air circulation, and the heat was controlled elsewhere. I texted the owner twice about the heat, and it dropped by a bit but rebounded. Unless I left the door open, and the room opens to the kitchen, there's nowhere for the heat to go. I was sweltering for most of the stay. The bedding doesn't include a flat sheet between the blanket, which was a bit odd. They provide 2 bath towels but no hand towel, so I brought my own based on previous reviews. The shower water...
