I really enjoyed my January 2026 stay and will definitely be back - spotless common areas and the suite, well appointed, great mattress and bedding, lovely soft and highly absorbent towels, well appointed kitchenette with cuttlery, plates and dishwasher. Great breakfast options - salsa and hot sauce and overnight chia and oats in oatmilk were a great touch. If I were really picky, I would recommend the property to add privacy strips to the gym glass walls (similar to the pool's privacy screen) - gym is like a fishbowl now and, because of the location, everyone passes by and checks you out while you are sweating. As a woman, I was not very comfortable with it. I would also like to have an option to rent a bathrobe to use for the trips from the suite to the pool. Suites have plenty of electrical outlets but neither of them is of the type that allows to plug USB-C or iPhone charging cable directly But these are all tiny things that didn't take away anything from the very lovely stay I had. All staff from the reception to the breakfast team to the housekeeping was warm, courteous and welcoming. My first time at this location and definitely more to come - best of the Homewood Suites properties I stayed at over the years in Canada and the US. Thank you Homewood Markham for the relaxing stay - I really needed it.
