”The only thing wrong was the mattress on the pull out. It was very old thin and uncomfortable. The king bed and staff were awesome. Free parking was nice too!”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”Dirty and broken sink, closet door broken , sliding balcony door not locking street noise coming in over all very poor and they charged for parking over $15 a day which was not mentioned on line l will never stay there again ”

”Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.”

Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. ”Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness.
