”The only thing wrong was the mattress on the pull out. It was very old thin and uncomfortable. The king bed and staff were awesome. Free parking was nice too!”

”Ihan ok hotelli keskellä aasialaisaluetta. Lyhyt matka moniin erilaisiin ravintoloihin. Huoneet aika kuluneet mutta puhtaat. Sängyt ok, suihku ok. Hotellin uima-allas on ihan kiva joskin siellä ei ole mulavaa jos on enemmän kuin 5 henkeä paikaalla samaan aikaan.”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”Very poor breakfast menu. Fancy writing with actually poor quality, outrageous price. Parking was okay, but they charged $8.00 a night—no drinking bottled water left in the room. The shower floor is very slippery, with a high risk of falling and injury if soap is used. The grab bar is equipped at the wrong end. ”

”We stayed for one night at the start of May 2026, we quite enjoyed our stay the lady working the front desk as we checked in was extremely welcoming and more then happy to answer all our silly questions. The building and room were very clean and organized, gym had a healthy variety of machines, and a water dispenser, however there was no pool which I remember seeing pictures of on the listing but was not mentioned in the amenities. ”Not our first overnight stay here. General info: Room is small and crowded by North American standards. Online photo of room shows bathroom sink area with door, but room has no such door, and huge overly bright sink light makes make-up mirror unusable. Hotel often has large noisy teams of kids. This experience: Room has musty, humid smell. Sheets are wrinkled and look slept in without change. Main entrance light is not working. Not likely to return given the better local alternatives. ”

”Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.”

”Room was spacious, haveing a kitchenette was convenient, clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was just ok, not a lot of choices, but overall, we had a very nice stay. ”
