”My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP.
I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

”Not the best in communication! Had to tell front desk that we needed house keeping cause the light didn't work outside the room. Needless to say they didn't come. I had to go downstairs @ 4 in the morning and get water for coffee ( which they brought about 20 minutes later.) Also needed toiletries as well! Which we never got!!( That felt a little embarrassing!)”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”The property is very close to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The pool was outdoors and a great place to chill after walking in the may new Orleans heat. We had a nice breakfast each morning which set us up to get on with our day. We had two rooms and each was unique and very pretty. Our bathroom was a bit small but the second room had a very large bathroom. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend to all.”

”The Saint is a great, lower cost option to stay down in the French Quarter. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s on Canal street, only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. They also allowed us an hour and a half later check out because or flight was in the evening. It gave us time to get lunch and shop some in the quarter. Definitely recommend.”
