”The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked.”

Unfortunately, the room itself was the main letdown. It did not appear to be fully cleaned upon arrival, as we found garbage left behind and even an ant in the bed. The shower also had broken material coming off the wall, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.”
