Hotelli oli aivan hyvä, uimaranta olisi voinnut olla lähempänä.Halusimme lämpimään nopeasti tosi hyvä suosittelemme lämpimästi.

Mukava perustasoinen hotelli
Valitsimme hotellin koska se on lähellä avointa rantaa. Kävelymatkan päässä oleva ranta on kuitenkin suurten rakennustöiden jäljiltä pois käytöstä. Lähimmälle rannalle piti mennä taksilla. Hotelli siisti, henkilökunta ok ja sijainti yleisesti ok. Pieni kauppa lähellä. Hotellin sali ok. Aamiainen koko oleskeluajaksi otettuna 45 aed, yksittäin 55aed.

Great location, few minutes from Dubai downtown. Staff super nice ! Restaurant is open long hours breakfast 6:30am - dinner closed by 10:30pm coffee shop inside the hotel & many stores walking distance 24/7 … public transportation walking distance from the hotel . Can on time & only 20 minutes from the airport

This hotel is great for middle class budgets! It's close to downtown and is overall a safe area. We were welcomed very nicely by the staff and everything was clean inside. The room is surprisingly a good size and so is the bathroom as most hotels give you the tiniest bathrooms. Because all of Dubai is safe, we explored the area and shops right by the hotel and it's a place where you can tell the locals live and shop, lots of options for food! We didn't get a chance to eat there due to many tours and sightseeing But the water is always free in the room and they bring it to your room when needed. They have a coffee shop downstairs but the coffee isn't free. The surrounding area is quiet and we slept just fine! We rented a car and it was great to have safe and covered parking for free! I would stay here again because the price is right, the hotel is very clean and pretty, the staff is great, and its safe.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has many amenities. It was however a little far from the metro and communication was poor. I reached out ahead of the trip to find out vital information and had no response from the property.

The ‘VIP” access this hotel advertises is fake. They said during busy season they don’t provide the room upgrade that comes with the booking. So why are they falsely advertising something they cannot uphold? Very disappointing. Next I went to my room and there are stains on the pillow and it smells and hair on my bedsheet!!! House cleaning took forever to come and change the sheets which should have been cleaned before we checked in!! You can hear noise from rooms beside you not soundproof at all. The internet was horrible as well I had meetings and it kept freezing everyday. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere better.

Easy check-in. We arrived around midnight and there were no problems checking in. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic, but large and appeared clean. The biggest issue was the very strong smell of cigarette smoke directly in our room, despite being on a non-smoking floor and non-smoking room. It made hanging out in the room very unpleasant.

The hotel is very well decorated and well maintained, the staff are constantly cleaning and tidying. The breakfast is good will plenty of choice. The restaurant meals are very nice and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile, I would definitely stay there again.

The big generator or some other machinery meant there was a constant hum making it difficult to sleep. Room service arrived all burnt. Nice staff and place was clean. Unsure if I would return
