Koska tahansa uudestaan
Hyvä kokonaisuus. Henkilökunta palvelualtis. Parin minutin kävelymatkan päässä Emirates ostoskeskuksesta. Metroasema vieressä. Hyvä kuntosali ja allasalue katolla. Ainut haittapuoli tällä hetkellä voi olla, että ympäristössä rakennetaan uusia hotelleja nopeaan tahtiin. Osa niistä on loppusuoralla, osa alkuvaiheessa. Itseäni ei häirinnut lainkaan

Ei voi olla, kuin tyytyväinen hotelliin.
Huoneet olivat isoja ja siistejä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Katolla oli uima-allas. Lähimmälle metroasemalle oli matkaa n. 350. Dubai mooli, jossa oli myös laskettelumäki, oli n 900 m päässä. Uimarannalle ja golf kentälle oli matkaa 2 km. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli hotellin aulassa tuntuva homeen haju.

Mukava hotelli metroaseman lähellä
Hotelli sijaitsee melko lähellä metroasemaa. Lähellä ihan kelpo supermarket ja näppärän kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus Emirates of the Mall. Parvekkeen oven sai auki pyynnöstä, mutta näkymä oli hotellin seinä. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä. Huone siisti ja tilava, mutta meiltä puuttui kattila. Tee- ja kahvipusseja sai joka päivä huoneeseen. Ainoa miinus oli altaan kylmä vesi.

Ensimmäinen kerta Dubaissa
Sijainniltaan oikein hyvä valinta, vain kävelymatkan päässä Mall of the Emiratesista ja kivenheiton päässä metrosta, jolla oli todella helppo liikkua joka paikkaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja asiallista. Huone siivottiin päivittäin, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin ja lakanatkin tarpeeksi usein. Aamiaisella kävimme vain kerran, koska se tuntui meistä aika kalliilta. Kokkasimme itse hotellihuoneessa aamupalamme lähikaupasta hankituilla eväillä. Hotellin ravintolapalveluja emme käyttäneet, sillä söimme aina muualla. Varusteita löytyi melkein joka lähtöön huoneesta, oli iso TV, stereot, leivänpaahdin, mikro, silitysrauta ja jopa pyykinpesukone. Käytimme myös hotellin kuntosalia, joka vastasi tarkoitustaan lomatreeniä varten. Salin yhteydestä löytyivät myös höyrysauna ja suomalainen sauna, jos sellaista matkalla ikävöi. Wi-fi oli ilmainen tunnin verran vuorokaudessa ja sitä varten piti aina pyytää uudet tunnukset ja salasanat. Se oli ehkä pieni miinus. Kaikenkaikkiaan oikein hyvä hotelli, ystävällinen palvelu. Varmasti tulisin toistekin.

Hyvä sijainti
Todella isot huoneet. Sopii myös pidempiaikaiseen majottumiseen. Mall of emirates kävelymatkan päässä. Samoin myös metro-asema. Aamupala on ihan Ok, mutta aamiasen voi valmistaa myös huoneessa. Uima-altaan lämmityspumppu oli hajonnut meidän aikaan, mutta ei estänyt lapsia uimasta useampaa tuntia. Taksilla noin 5min matka uimarannalle.

Room needed bit of update but other than that it was good. I booked 2 bedroom suite, laundry in the suite was life saver and we had a full kitchen, huge balcony. The suite itself was very large, good furniture, just the cabinets needed new paint.

Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!

One bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with a comfortable king size bed and good quality linen. Shower temperature and flow was also good. All staff were courteous and welcoming, in particular Ganesh and Hardip, who always welcomed guests with a smile. My thanks to Hardip for our flexible checkout. The lovely housekeeping lady on the second floor was very thorough her work. Kitchen was a decent size but lacked some basic utensils. There was only one table knife, no cutting knife or drinking glasses. Most of these things were provided on our request, including some soft pillows. A check list of minimum items for kitchen would help housing keeping staff to ensure nothing was missing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

In principe voldoet het aan je verwachtingen. Hotel is netjes/kamers lekker ruim. Je zit op loop loopafstand van de Mall of the Emirates, metro op loopafstand en taxi's volop beschikbaar. Wij hadden een eigen auto en die konden we veilig parkeren onder het gebouw. Ondanks alle pluspunten is het mijn inziens geen 4 sterrenhotel. Dat neemt niet weg dat de voorzieningen oke zijn. Let op naast de receptie wordt er door een touroperator diverse activiteiten aangeboden. Wij hebben "Dune Bashing" geboekt en het was zeer slecht uitgevoerd. Ik heb daarna niets meer bij ze geboekt maar activiteiten online afgewikkeld. Dat vond ik wel jammer... Blijf je in Dubai centraal kun je trouwens beter geen auto huren. Metro/taxi is perfect geregeld. Wegen zijn druk en boetes zijn extreem hoog!

Excellent 6 day family stay
Hotel was clean and accessible to the metro station. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Services were prompt and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The tourism desk was very helpful- Mr. Naveed arranged discounts for attractions. Desert safari arranged by him was excellent - our guide Umar was exceptional and courteous;

We enjoyed staying in Al Khoory Apartment. A lot of space in the appartement, 3 rooms, 3 washrooms. We want to thank Riyas for his work. He is very polite and hardworking. We appreciate the help of front desk. Thank you all. Is you want to book some excursions or activities don’t hesitate to talk to the guy in charge near of front desk. He has a lot of options and discounts too. For sure we will back here and highly recommend to book this hotel that is near of Mall of Emirats (that is great ) Angela

Booked via Expedia for 5 people. When we got to hotel they said we had only 4 beds and that we would need to pay extra for 5th bed. This was wrong as we had paid and they clearly knew, for 5 people and should have made arrangements (including extra bed as part of the room).

Just the perfect hotel for families. Great service, best experience. Next time I will definitely come back when I’m in Dubai. Also the hotel is very close by to the beach, dubai mall and emirates mall. The staff is super friendly!

Yes alkhoory stay was in expected but turn out to be good. Stuff in cleaning are amazing. They make sure our rooms are clean and very friendly. They make sure we have all nessary items are in place. Front desk manager was great solving some issues Over all very happy. If price right again will stay. But price is very high.
