Siisti bisnes-hotelli. Pieni uima-allas, ei tarpeeksi tuoleja jos perheellä yrittää altaalle. Melko suppea aamiainen.

Meluisa kokemus
Hotellin palvelu on todella hyvää. Aamupala oli laaja. Yleiset tilat hotellissa mahtavat ja siistit. Hotellihuone aika tunkkainen ja lattiamatto aika nuhjuinen, huoneessa tunkkainen haju, pientä päänsärkyä meinasi pukata.. Huoneet todella meluisia, äänet tulevat käytävästä oven alta ja kadulta kantautuu kaikki autojen kaasutukset ja tööttäykset. Unen saannissa oli ongelmia, koska ulkona oli menossa bileet, jotka jatkuivat 02.00 saakka. Ikkunat eivät siis eristä yhtään melua. Jouduimme vaihtaa huonetta rikkinäisen parvekkeen oven vuoksi, eikö toinenkaan huone ollut sen raikkaampi. Hotelli tarjosi omia kuljetuksia, mutta ne olivat vähintään 2 kertaa kalliimpia kuin normaali taksi. Lentokenttäkuljetus 3 kertaa kalliimpi kuin taksi.. Pihassa oli aina tarjolla takseja ja hotellin työntekijät pitivät huolen että taksikuski osaa perille, minne ikinä onkin menossa, siitä plussaa. Kehnosta huoneesta huolimatta palvelu on erinomaista ja haluavat pitää asiakkaista huolta.

Hotel is very nice and clean. The only issue I found was that it wasn’t really close to the main attractions but overall the hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were a bit outdated but we enjoyed our stay.

I want to thank all the staff at the Radisson Blu Business Bay Water Front Hotel. Everybody had a job to do and they did it in the most professional way. From the Guest Service Agent, the Concierge, Waiters and Waitresses, front desk Supervisor etc I would keep going and going. Overall good but maintenance issues such as temperature control in shower was malfunctioning. Didn’t allow late check out facility.

Location is great but too much construction going on around the building. Bathroom Roof leaked the first day, hot water wasn’t available the second and not enough staff present at breakfast buffet to take orders and provide service.

Wonderful and truly the friendliest hotel. Alo, in his Scottish uniform is helpful and friendly. The reception and housekeeping staff are amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of everything.

Nice place - staff were great - I thought the pool and other things inside the hotel closing about 10pm wasn’t great be nice if they were open later to give you more to do when in hotel on the night.
