Ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu, hyvä puhtaanapito, katolla uima-allas ja siisti kuntosali. Sijainti on vähän hankala, jos ei ole autoa käytössä. Lähimmälle metroasemalle piti mennä taksilla ja matkaan meni 10-15 minuuttia. Hotellin vieressä on kuitenkin myöhään auki oleva ruokakauppa ja muita palveluita löytyy läheltä.

The people working there were interpersonally disgusting. They tried to paint a picture of me that was inappropriate. Treated me like a person committing something deviant. In addition, they weren’t too friendly and had biased views about me that made me uncomfortable. I couldn’t come and go without being judged and watched. It gave me anxiety and paranoid feelings. One night at 1:30am they sent a housekeeper up to room to bother me. Kept on knocking and ringing a doorbell saying housekeeping. I didn’t say anything, but I was pissed, because they woke me up. With the way these guys were thinking and acting they probably thought I brought hookers up there. When I checked out they asked me if I left anybody in the room? Overall the staff acted biased towards me, and gave me an impression that they were having misconceptions or misunderstandings about me. I was there on vacation as a solo traveler to see the country. It kind of took away from the experience that I was on vacation and away from work. I was annoyed by it and made me feel kinda out of place.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war okey, an manchen Ecken hätte man nochmal drüber gehen können. Das Frühstück war ganz gut und sehr vielseitig. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, da das Hotel zentral zwischen Jumeirah und Dubai liegt.

I liked the fact that everyday at the breakfast buffet had several variety and so you didn’t have to eat the same things everyday Very helpful staff and very nice and welcoming especially Romeo and the other guys at the reception You have like 15 to 20 minutes drive to most of the attractions in Dubai and so you will enjoy your stay without spending a lot for transportation

There were spots on the shower's walls, like mold, bathroom trash can was rusty. The water temperature in the shower won't remain stable, it gets too hot or too cold. The digital privacy request doesn't seem to be effective as they still enter the room to clean regardless. The rooms are spacious. Most of the night it's quiet, but around 5:40 am you can hear the singing from the mosque across the street. Most of the staff are nice. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which is very convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

While the property itself was excellent some of the things in the room needed maintenance. The shower especially was either too hot or too cold. The shower was broken which released pressure also

The hotel staff were very friendly. Very welcoming and accommodating changing the room to a queen bed when we arrived. Upon checking out they were happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored the city. Staff helped with bags in and out the property and organised all our taxis for us.

Very helpful and kind staff. Rooms have issues with too strong air conditioning and smell of dampness. Some rooms marketed as with view to burj kalifa. There is a view but is several tens of kilometres away! Check the map first.

The staff is very helpful and professional. The check-in, check-out process was easy. They let me keep my luggage in their store room as I had arrived much earlier then the check-in time. Shout out to Divyanshu, Ali, Rabi for helping me with the check-in and breakfast. The room was big enough for 2 people, clean and tidy. The queen size bed was comfortable and clean. The light switch were well placed next to each side of the bed so that you don't have to get out of the bed to switch on or off. The bathroom was clean and had a good supply of both hot and cold water. Had good breakfast options.

Issue with water pressure and temperature
I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue with water pressure and its temperature. It wasn't possible to take a relaxing shower because the temperature would change from hot to freezing cold and back. Other than that it was pretty good. Customer service was excellent, location of the property was great in terms of the proximity to everything. The breakfast was really good. The food was delicious and fresh. Their restaurant was open 24/7 which was excellent.

October 2023 Dubai Stay
My stay at the Urban Al Khoory Hotel in Dubai was first class. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional both in the public areas and in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of items. The gym was adequate for the short time I was at the hotel, the pool deck was excellent.
